Getting Fit with Foot Tools

On the shore of the Burlington Beach Canal resides the Foot Tools Outdoor Training Facility. Here, you can Getting Fit with Foot Tools fitness fanatic and Foot Tools owner, John Lawson, leads a vast variety of unique running and weight workouts.  Take advantage of the urban setting and train on various terrains including sand and gravel.

Foot Tools offers specialized training for runners and walkers looking to get stronger and faster.

These dynamic classes will focus on all the components that will contribute to make a complete athlete – speed, anaerobic, lactic acid threshold, aerobic – all functional exercises designed to build running and walking strength and provide a unique program for total fitness. Participants can expect to work hard and train hard to achieve desired results – to be faster and physically stronger.

Class times and locations will vary. Sessions are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings, and Saturday mornings.  Cost is $100 for 12 sessions, or $10/class.
